ANANTI is operated by DND CLOTHING, a business registered in Gujarat, India. We specialize in made-to-order luxury Indian wear and custom garments.

2. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase our products, which we may accept or decline.

Each garment is specially handcrafted for you upon order confirmation. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled as production begins immediately.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We accept payments through Razorpay, including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Delivery and Shipping

We offer free shipping within India and to international destinations. Delivery typically takes 35-40 working days from order confirmation.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during transit.

Claims for defective or damaged products must be made within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us at infoanatiworld@gmail.com.

International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to customs and shipping considerations.

Sale items are non-returnable under all circumstances.

6. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, measurements, and images. However, slight variations in color, texture, or fit may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products and screen display differences.

Custom sizing and alterations are available upon request. Please refer to our size guides and contact us for assistance.
