PAYMENT:
• What payment method is accepted at ANANTI?
We accept all major payment methods through Razorpay including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking.
CANCELLATION:
• Can I cancel an order?
We do not offer any cancellation of order
SHIPPING:
• Do you deliver out of India?
Yes, we ship to almost all major countries & Free shipping for all orders. All international payments are accepted via Razorpay. Please be aware that the shipping charges mentioned are not inclusive of any custom or import duties that may be levied upon reaching the destination country. We have no control over these charges and are unable to estimate what they may be.
• Is the shipping free in India?
We offer free shipping on all products when paid online by credit card or debit card.
• What happens if I am not available when you deliver my order?
Every time an order is undelivered, we ensure that it is reattempted according to the customer's given day and time.
• What is the stipulated delivery time for an order?
All orders are shipped from our studio using the best Couriers partners and for international orders tie up with other reputed shipping companies. Once shipped please allow 35 to 40 working days from dispatch for your goods to reach the destination.
In case the customer requires the delivery to be done urgently, we will have to be notified 10 days in advance.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS:
WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS.
• How do I return the product/s?
Domestic orders: If upon receipt of your order you find anything manufacturing defect, drop us a line within 24hours of receiving the product. We would be happy to offer alterations. All products should be returned with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. Once our team has checked the merchandise, you will receive an email confirming that your return has been accepted. The cost of the return will be borne by the customer. We accept returns within 7 days.
International orders: We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders due to heavy transportation duties and customs tax.
• How do I exchange the product/s?
We do not offer exchanges or returns. In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, our team will be happy to assist you, simply mail us at infoanatiworld@gmail.com or give us a Whatsapp at +91 9054100541 and our team will be in touch to confirm the request.
• When will my order be exchanged/shipped?
Once we receive the package back from you, we ensure the delivery of the exchanged product in 10 to15 working days.
• What should I do if I receive my order in a damaged condition or if it's different from the one I ordered for?
We apologize for this, however in a rare case where you happen to receive a damaged or a different product from what you had ordered, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt at infoanatiworld@gmail.com
• If I buy items on sale and wish to return them, do I get a refund?
All items on sale are non-returnable
